Robert Charles Adams, age 65, of Orange passed away on November 2, 2014 in West River Health Care Center in Milford. He was born on August 27, 1949 in New Haven to the late Charles R. and Grace Bristol Adams. He was the heart of the family owned business K.T.M. Electrical Construction in Orange. Robert was a former member of unions IBEW and IUOE and enjoyed NASCAR but his true passion was his family. A dedicated husband, father and grandfather, he was survived by loving wife, of 25 years, Debra Evitts Adams, children Kimberly A. Quinn and her husband Brian of North Haven, Tracy Adams D’Angelo and her husband Robert of Hamden and Melissa Erin Adams of Orange, sisters Merrill Yelenak of North Haven and Joy Adams of New Haven and grandchildren Taylor, Nicholas, Robert and Rose. He was also survived by Riley. His gentle and loving spirit will be forever in our hearts. Calling hours are Friday, November 7, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 N Broad St., Milford. A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, November 8th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Kings Highway Cemetery.
