Mrs. Linda Walker age 66, a resident of Edwards passed away on Saturday November 1, 2014 at her residence. Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 4, 2014 from 1:30 PM until 2:50 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday November 4, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Morton Memorial Gardens in Morton, MS. Officiating will be Rev. Earl Clark. Wolf Funeral Services will be in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Walker had lived in Edwards, MS for the past 15 years, formerly living in Jackson, MS. She worked for Bellsouth for over 10 years after graduation from high school and Martin’s Cleaners in Jackson. She and her husband Larry were present owners of Adolph Rose Antiques in Vicksburg, MS. Growing up Linda was a very quiet, shy and sweet person. Linda loved animals and she would rescue them anytime she saw one. Linda was always quick to help someone in their time of need. Mrs. Walker is preceded in death by her parents, Joe Welch and Claudia Hollingsworth; two sisters, Kay Brantley and Belle Hester. She is survived by her husband, Larry Walker of Edwards, MS.; three sisters, Darlene Register and husband Donnie of Morton, MS., Jeannette Haines of Jackson, MS., Debbie DePriest of Jackson, MS.; a number of nieces and nephews.
