Mr. Herman L. Gibbs age 74, a resident of Lawrence, MS. passed away Thursday October 30, 2014 at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. Visitation will be held on Saturday November 1, 2014 from 10:30 AM until 1:45 PM at Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 1, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Wolf Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Pine Ridge Baptist Cemetery in Lake, MS. Officiating will be Bro. Mark McDonald. Wolf Funeral Services in Lake, MS is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Gibbs was a lifelong resident of the Lawrence community in Newton County Mississippi. He was a member of the Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Lake, MS. He enjoyed life and work. Mr. Gibbs is survived by his wife, Shirley Gibbs of Lawrence, MS; two sons, Shannon Gibbs and wife Laura of Lawrence, MS., Tim Gibbs and wife Cassandra of House, MS.; one brother, Earnest Gibbs of Lawrence, MS.; five grandchildren, Brooks, Jason, Dustin, Tori, Paige. Pallbearers are Brooks Gibbs, Dustin Gibbs, Jason Gibbs, Tim Ivey, Casey Bridges, Jamie Bridges.
