LAZENBY, Donna L. - Peacefully at home, on Tuesday October 21, 2014. Strong in her faith, she gracefully surrendered after a short battle with cancer. Donna Louise Lazenby (nee Stainton) of Woodstock in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Don Lazenby. Cherished mother of Cindie (Steve) Dawe, Rob Lazenby and Marc (Dale) Lazenby. Loved grandmother of Matt, Zach, Robert, Brian, Sydney, Jocelyn and Lauren. Dear sister of Marilyn (James) Davey, Wayne (Anita) Stainton, Warren (Pearl) Stainton and Kevin (Brenda) Stainton. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Rhoda (nee Boast) Stainton. Donna was a longtime member of Oxford Baptist Church, employed as a registered nurse for over 30 years with the Woodstock General Hospital and volunteered for many organizations including the Woodstock Hospital for many years. The family will receive friends at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday October 24th 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The memorial service will be held at Oxford Baptist Church, 278 Hunter Street Woodstock, on Saturday October 25th 2014 at 2 pm.
