Curtis was born on June 21, 1962 in Pine Ridge, SD to Sam Two Bulls, Sr. and Felita Blacksmith-Two Bulls. Curtis is survived by his mother, Felita Two Bulls of Oglala, SD; son, Curtis Two Bulls, Jr. of Rapid City, SD; brothers, Sam Two Bulls, Jr., Danny Two Bulls, and Jake Yellow Horse all of Oglala, SD, Randy Two Bulls of Glennallen, Alaska, John Whirlwind Horse of Manderson, SD, Steve DuBray of Allen, SD, and Aaron DuBray of North Carolina; sisters, Mavis Two Bulls of Spearfish, SD, Monica Whirlwind Horse of Manderson, SD, Toni Montileaux of Kyle, SD, Rachel Nava of Gillette, WY, and Mirjam Roeschman of Switzerland; and one grandson, Galeno Velarde of Spearfish, SD. Curtis was preceded in death by his father, Sam Two Bulls, Sr. and brothers, David and Sterling Two Bulls.
