IRELAND, Gordon Irwin - Passed away at his residence on Sunday October 19th, 2014 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy Mae Ireland (nee Flavin). Loving father of Stephen and his wife Lee-Anne. Cherished grandfather of Ethan and Lainey Root. Dear brother of Gary and his wife Barbara. Loved nephew of Lucille Johnson. Gordon is also survived by his many cousins. Gord worked for many years as an R.C.M.P. officer and after his retirement was a proud and honoured member of the R.C.M.P. Veterans Association. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in Ottawa at a later date.
