Janie Beatrice Cameron

Mrs. Beatrice Cameron, age 90, a resident of Forest, MS passed away Friday October 17, 2014 at Lackey Convalescent Home in Forest, MS. A graveside service will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Quitman, MS. on Sunday October 19, 2014 at 3:00 PM. Officiating will be Rev. Steve Avera. Mrs. Cameron, a native of Clarke County, had lived in Forest, MS for the past 3 years, formerly living in Trion, GA where she lived for many years. She was very active in the Trion Garden Club and was an avid bridge player. Mrs. Cameron was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Cameron. She is survived by one brother, Robert Avera and wife Peggy of Georgetown, TX; sister-in-law, Vondelle Avera of Quitman, MS; brother-in-law, Edwin Davis of Pelahatchie, MS; and a number of nieces and nephews.
