Marie Eads Jordan age 82, widow of the late William Jordan, died Tuesday Oct. 14, 2014 at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center. Marie was an avid quilter and believed in the Holiness Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband William Jordan, her parents Harvey Eads and Gracie Gross Eads and several brothers and sisters. Marie is survived by her daughter Billie (Blaine) Martin, son Anthony Powell, step son Gary (Connie) Jordan, and her siblings: Earl and Tammy Eads, Harold and Sue Eads, Lee and Billie Eads, Marilyn and Arnold Akers, and Charlene and Dillard Parrett. Funeral services will be Friday Oct. 17, 2014 at 2 pm at Lakes Funeral Home with Rev. Arnold Akers officiating, burial will be in the Jordan Cemetery.
