Mrs. Tammy Sue Ratliff Stiltner, age 53, of Davenport, Virginia, passed away Monday (October 6, 2014) at her home. Born September 9, 1961 in Grundy, Virginia, she was a daughter of Janet Blankenship Ratliff of Davenport, Virginia and the late Jerry Ratliff. She was a graduate of Council High School, attended Lincoln Memorial University and enjoyed going to horse shows. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Dillard and Ora Ratliff, maternal grandparents, Jay Hugh and Goldie Blankenship, one nephew, Timmy Lenza Barton, Jr., and one brother-in-law, Timmy Lenza Barton. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband of twenty-eight years, Marty Stiltner of the home; three sisters, Margaret Ratliff and Robin Barton both of Davenport, and Renea Walls and husband, Stephen of Manassas; one brother, Jason Ratliff and wife, Jessica of Vansant, Virginia. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Kyle Ratliff and Rev. Mike Rife officiating. Entombment will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at Lebanon, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Scotty Stiltner, Job Stiltner, Cody Stiltner, Lewis Stiltner, Chris Stiltner, J.R. Barton, Bernard Stiltner, and Jason Ratliff. Honorary pallbearers will be L.J. Stiltner, James Bailey, Bill Owens, and Harold and Janice Raines.
