JAKOWLEW, Katerina - Peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home Woodstock on Friday September 19th 2014. Katerina Jakowlew formerly of Teeple Street and Kent Street Woodstock in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Nikita Jakowlew (2007). Loved mother of Victor and his wife Martha, Walter and his wife Bridget and Valeri and his wife Debra. Cherished Baba of six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Nina Park and her husband Ken and sister in law of Reg Cartmale. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Klaudia Cartmale, Mary Schmoll and husband Christian Schmoll, and by her brother Antoli Demjanow. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Tuesday September 23rd 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Christ The Saviour Russian Orhodox Church, 140 Fairview Ave., London on Wednesday September 24th 2014 at 10:00 am with Fr. Vladimir Morin as celebrant.
