Mary Holliday Obituary

Mary Wolfe Holliday, 61, of Coldwater, MS, passed away, Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch, MS. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Coldwater, MS and enjoyed coaching girls softball during the summer. She is survived by her husband of forty-three years, Rickie Holliday of Coldwater, MS; three daughters, Stephanie Holliday Wilkie of Coldwater, MS, Stacie Holliday Pearson (John) of Strayhorn, MS and Christy Barlow Whitehorn (Justin) of Walls, MS; one son, Stephen Holliday (Alane) of Memphis, TN; six sisters, Renae Crawford, Darlene Rice, Mary Ann Strunk, Wanda Collins, Charlotte Berry and Wilma Castleberry; one sister-in-law, Jean Graham; two brothers, John Mitchell and Joe Mitchell; eight grandchildren, Megan Holliday Barnett, Justin Pearson, Landon Pearson, Colin Holliday, Pheobe Holliday, Mikel Rogers, Dade Rogers; and Shelby Shamrock; and one great-grandchild, Jaxon Barnett. She was preceded in death by her parents, Myra Jean Williamson and Calvin Clyde Wolfe, two brothers, John Entrekin and Dean Wolfe. Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
