Died peacefully September 13, 2014 in Toronto in her 96th year. Born September 3, 1919 in Vancouver, daughter of DeLosa Fraser and Alexander Fraser MacCallum. Proud graduate of the University of British Columbia (1940). Widow of William B. Belier (July 2013) and much loved mother of Patricia Lee Belier and William Alexander Belier. Mum was a long-time and dedicated volunteer in Etobicoke for many years. She was a life-long learner, a great reader and maintained a strong interest in politics.
