Jeanne H. Zabihaylo passed away peacefully on September 15, 2014. Jeanne will be remembered for her kindness and was a gentle soul. She was born on September 18, 1948 in Ludington the youngest child of Lawrence and Dawn (Bashaw) Jensen. She attended Ludington High School and graduated with the Class of 1966. She had a long career in the nursing field, retiring in 2006 and returning to Ludington to live. Jeanne is survived by her husband and best friend John, her sons; Jody (Aimy) Rusk of Birmingham, MI, Dave (Kathy Chan) Zabihaylo of Ferndale, MI and Tim of Ferndale, MI, and granddaughters; Hope Rusk and Olivia Lin Zabihaylo. She is also survived by her brothers; Jon (Sharon) Jensen of Manistee & James (Judith) Jensen of Ludington, her sister; Janet (Lloyd) Dipple of Ludington, sisters-in-law; Barb Bricker of Clinton Township, MI and Carrie (Dalton) Henry of Westlake, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jerry. In accordance with Jeanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
