Pauline Lombardo, 83, of Highland Avenue passed away the afternoon of September 12, 2014 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. Born on August 25, 1931 in New Castle, she is the daughter of the late James and Rose Maielli Lombardo.

Pauline worked as a child care giver for many families. She was a member of St. Mary's Church. Pauline loved to cook and belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus #512.

Pauline is survived by her children, Jerry Lombardo of New Castle and Patty Smearman and husband Randy of Newton Falls, OH; brothers, James Lombardo of Gibsonia, PA and Carmen Lombardo of Naples, FL; and six grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Frances Lombardo.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd.

Blessing services will be held Wednesday at 12:00pm at the funeral home, officiated by Father William Siple of St. Mary’s Church.

Interment will take place at Parkside Cemetery.
