Beloved husband of Doreen. Loving father and father-in-law of Karen (Brett), Scott (Amanda), Elaine (Terry) and Jim (Neila). He was proud of all his wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Ken Montgomery of Burlington. Predeceased by his first wife Donna (nee Young), sister Betty McCallum, and children Shirley, Betty and Steven. Former employee of Cochrane-Dunlop Hardware, Pipe Tools Supply, and York University. Past long-time member of Toronto Sailing Canoe Club. A wonderful and great husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend whose humour, kindness, and love of music, gardening and sailing will remain with all who knew him. A thank you to Dr Caplan, Dr Choe, the CCAC support team and the palliative team at Etobicoke General Hospital.
