Randal Tuinstra

Randal J. Tuinstra Randal J. Tuinstra, Age 55 of Ludington passed away peacefully after an extended illness surrounded by his family on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. He was born in Ludington, the son of the late Lester & Betty (Todd) Tuinstra on May 10, 1959. He graduated from Ludington High School Class of l977. Randy worked at several different businesses over the years, including Handy Things Mfg., Great Lakes Castings, & Shop N Save (Bonsers). He enjoyed hunting, fishing, & camping and in his younger years a good game of foosball with friends. The greatest accomplishment to Randy was becoming the father to his surviving son Hunter Tuinsta of Ludington. He is also survived by brothers Ron & David of Ludington, sisters Lynn (David) Woodworth of Grand Rapids & Leslie (Steve) Ewing of Ludington as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, & cousins. Randy will be sadly missed by his family but they take great comfort in knowing his pain and suffering are over. Another great comfort is knowing that a part of him will live on as the eyes of another person and he has given someone the ability to see the beauty of the world that he had to leave too soon! Private family services will be held. Please visit Randy’s personal page of memories at www.oakgrovefh.com to share a photo or story. The family has entrusted the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center with funeral arrangements.
