R. Louis McDonald, 64, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at his home in Senatobia, MS. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a Mason. He was a former property manager at Federal Correctional Institute in Memphis, TN and previously an employee at Grand Casino in Tunica, MS. An avid fan of University of Memphis football and basketball, he was also an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, golf, cooking and traveling. Mr. McDonald is survived by his wife, Nita Timmons McDonald of Senatobia, MS; one daughter Amy McDonald Partain(Dale); two sons,Travis McDonald (Melonie) and Jess McDonald (Jamie) all of Senatobia, MS; one brother, Dennis McDonald of Byhalia; six grandchildren, Ashley, Mallorey, Jake, Krislyn, Timmons, and Kinsley and four great-grandchildren, Nataleigh, Jackson, Carson, and Delaney. He was preceded in death by his parents, Randall Whitney McDonald and Georgia Campbell McDonald. Memorial contributions may be sent to National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, P.O.
