Carl William “Billy” Kitts, 63, of Pensacola, FL, formerly of Winchester, VA, died Sunday, August 10, 2014, at his home. Billy was born January 21, 1951 in Washington, DC; the son of Clarence Eugene Kitts, Jr. and Willa Ballard Kitts Eaton. He retired as a self – employed brick mason. Along with his mother, he is survived by his children, Tanya Lynn Larsen and Thomas William Kitts; his grandchildren, Ashley Lynn Kitts and Kasion Kai Kitts; a sister, Catherine Ismer Harrold; a brother, Robert Christopher Ismer. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence Eugene Kitts, III and Larry Ismer. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chuck Davis officiating.
