Alice Russell

Fort Edward Alice Kate (Daniels) Russell, 79, passed away on Tuesday July 22, 2014 at the Glens Falls Hospital. Born in Corinth on March 13, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mabel (Allen) Daniels. She attended Corinth Central School. Alice was married to Arthur Russell. They spent many years together before Arthur’s passing in 1987. Alice’s enjoyments were collecting, flea markets, reading, bingo and auctions, and she especially loved spending time with her family. They will remember her as a strong no nonsense women. Besides her husband and parents, Alice is predeceased by a granddaughter, Catherine Colvin, a grandson, Arthur Russell Jr, a brother, Milo Daniels and a sister, Anna May Hack. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Barbara Carr, Melinda Guynn, Jessie Russell, Alice Shores, Julia Davidson, Arthur Russell Sr., numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters, Sara Condon, and Susan Carlton, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
