Cecelia Ann Kinder, age 61, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Saturday (July 19, 2014) in a Lake Wales Rehabilitation Center. Born March 31, 1953 in Frankfort, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Edward Christian and Iris Burleson Brazerol. She had grown up in Virginia, but had been a Florida resident since 1980, where she worked as a convenience store cashier. She was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Elaine Cooper. Survivors include one daughter, Nicole Kinder; granddaughter, Chloe; brother, Rev. Roger Brazerol of Honaker, Virginia; sister, Leiauanna Allen of Roanoke, Virginia; special great-aunt, who was like a mother to her, Ruth M. Allen and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Tuesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Sis. Donna Johnson and Bro. Randall Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Frank Smith Cemetery on Big A Mountain, Virginia. The family will receive friends from Noon until the funeral hour. Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers.
