Anna Ruth Beach Robey, 87 of Winchester, VA went home on July 10, 2014 to forever be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She has no more wants, no more needs, and no more pain. The flower of her life has withered, but the seed of her love remains in those she leaves behind. A long time resident of Manassas, VA; her journey through this life took her from her birthplace in Fairfax, VA to the shore of Tripoli, North Africa and back. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Beach; mother, Mollie S. Reeves Beach; her husband, Lewis Ward (Sonny) Robey; one son James Melvin Robey Sr.; one grandson Timothy Michael Robey, and one son-in-law, Gregory G. Mullins Sr. who affectionately called her Lucy; three brothers and six sisters. She leave behind to carry on three sons, Michael L. Robey and wife Chris of St. Helena, SC, Floyd D. Robey and wife Belinda of Winchester, VA, Ronald W. Robey and wife Linda of Cleveland, MS; one daughter Anna Marie Robey Mullins (Sissy) of Greensboro, NC; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; one sister Sarah Blevins of Manassas, VA. Numerous brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nephews, nieces and long time family friends whom she treasured and dearly loved. A funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 am at Jones Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. A reception will follow the service at the home of Floyd and Belinda Robey.
