Lucille A. Cuscino Haid Obituary

Lucille A. Cuscino Haid, 82, of Windsor Ridge passed away the morning of June 25, 2014 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. Born on January 2, 1932 in New Castle, she is the daughter of the late Norman and Gertrude Amodie Cuscino.


After many years of working, Lucille retired from her job as the sales manager for the fashion department of Sears Roebuck Department Store in 1992. She belonged to Epworth United Methodist Church. Lucille enjoyed bowling, ceramics, camping, and travelling; her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.


Lucille is survived by her children, Debby Fulena and husband David and Lee Haid and wife Maureen, all of New Castle; brothers, David Cuscino and wife Marianne of Volant, PA and Ronald Cuscino and wife Isabel of Glen Ivy, CA; sisters, Irene Lamorella and husband Vince of New Castle and Stella Naple of Bethel Park, PA; sister-in-law, Josephine Cuscino of New Castle; grandchildren, Alisa Fulena, Michele Krugh and husband Jared, Stephanie Resnick and husband Adam, Adam Haid, and Leighann Falcone and husband Jimmy; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Cuscino and Norman Cuscino, and sister, Joanne Cuscino.


Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd.


Services will be conducted Friday at 10:00am at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Wayne Schar of Epworth United Methodist Church.


Entombment will take place at Resurrection Mausoleum.
