Mr. Robert (Bob) Maxwell Hardwick, 71, of Senatobia, MS, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto in Southaven, MS. Bob was a loving husband, father and grandfather, but his grandchildren were his pride and joy. His world revolved around his grandchildren and their families and activities. Mr. Hardwick was born on August 13, 1942 to The Late Harold Maxwell Hardwick and Juanita Green Hardwick and is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jeannette Hines Hardwick of Senatobia, MS; one daughter, Stephanie Irvin (Jeff) of Coldwater, MS; one sons, Robert (Robby) Maxwell Hardwick, Jr. (Julie) of Southaven, MS; one sister, Patricia Hardwick Grimmitt (Bob) of Hampshire, TN; four grandchildren, Josh Irvin (Elizabeth), Jordan Irvin Wood (Jim), Hannah Irvin, and Audie Hardwick; and two great-grandchildren, Lucy Wood and Jackson Irvin. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 11am in Lifepoint Church in Senatobia, MS. Burial will follow in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 6-8pm in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
