John K. Fox, 65, of Hummelstown, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014, in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born in Lebanon on November 10, 1948, he was the son of Kay Erdman Kinloch wife of Howard of Hershey and the late John Fox husband of Donna Brown of Lebanon. John was a retired salesman of HVAC and electrical supplies. He was a 1966 graduate of Hershey High School. He was an U.S. veteran of the Vietnam War. John was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Hummelstown. He was also a member of the Hummelstown American Legion Post 265, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and its former VFW Post 1687, and the Fuzzy Few Organization all of Hummelstown. John enjoyed traveling, golfing and watching sports, especially Penn State. John is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Leslie D. Topper Fox, whom he married on May 1, 1982; one son, Christopher Fox, Sr. husband of Tonya of Harrisburg; one daughter, Lisa Lynch wife of Charles of Hershey; four grandchildren, Tia, Christopher Jr., and Zacory Fox, and Kristin Lynch; two sisters, Trudy Burgess wife of William of San Antonio, TX, and Jan Zaccanini of Hershey; three step brothers, Dinny Kinloch husband of Karen of Lebanon, Kevin Fox of Harrisburg, and Jeff Fox husband of Jeannie of Virginia; one step sister, Susan Neupauer wife of Jeff of East Greenwich, RI; his father-and mother-in-law, Ray and Virginia Fors Topper of Hummelstown; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014, at 9:30 AM in Grace United Methodist Church, 433 East Main Street, Hummelstown, with The Rev. Robert P. Stokes officiating. Interment with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014, from 6 to 8 PM in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, and on Friday at the church from 8:30 AM until time of the service.
