Loretta Theriault

Loretta Theriault, 94, of Clarksburg, and a resident of Maine until 2003, passed away at 7:45am, Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Emeritus at Heritage, Bridgeport. She was born in Limestone, ME, January 18, 1920, a daughter of the late Randolph and Annie Parent Turcotte. In 1940 she was married to Gilbert Theriault who preceded her in death in 2003. Surviving are one daughter, Theresa P. Riddle and her husband Howard, Clarksburg, who diligently cared for her until her death, two daughters-in-law, Darlene Theriault, Enfield, CT, Sylvia Theriault, ME, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, three sisters, Edwina Clavey, Jeanette Leduc, Joan Marchione, all of Shakopee, MN, two brothers, Alfred Turcotte, Palatine, IL, and Rudolph Turcotte, Caswell, ME. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Sanford and Wilfred Theriault, two sisters, Mable Theriault and Mary Saucier, three brothers, Rene, Orel, Romeo Turcotte. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was catholic by faith. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the Emeritus at Heritage and their staff for their loving care of Loretta. Friends may call at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 10am until the time of the service at noon, Tuesday, June 10 with Pastor Robert Shingleton officiating. Interment will be in the Limestone Catholic Cemetery, Limestone, ME. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jewel City Church Youth Group at P.O. Box 1, Shinnston, WV 26431. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.perinefunerals.com.
