Winona E. Hand, 87, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014, at home. She was born July 6, 1926, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, daughter of the late Harley and Mildred Wilcox Sloan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Norman Hand and a brother. She is survived by her daughter; Sandra Gaddie of Atkins, son, Larry Hood of Port Orchid, WA., 7 grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, one on the way and several nieces and nephews.
