Shannon Watson

Shannon Watson, 57, of Lumberport, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Clarksburg, December 16, 1956 a daughter of Paul J. Watson, Lumberport and the late Elizabeth Boggess Watson. She is survived by her husband, James Davis, Jr., whom she married August 25, 1989. Also surviving are one son, Brandon J. Davis, Lumberport, one brother, Paul Allen Watson, Herndon, VA, one sister, Shandra Muscar and her husband Frank, Hepzibah, and several nieces and nephews. Shannon was a 1973 graduate of Lumberport High School and a 1986 graduate of Fairmont State College with a degree in accounting. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She loved to ride Harley Davidson Motorcycles and was a Baptist by faith. Friends may call at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 5-7pm, Sunday where funeral services will be held at 11am, Monday with Pastor Cindy Murphy officiating. Interment will be in the Lions Club Cemetery in Lumberport.
