Ruth Louise Riekert Dietz, age 94, of Milford and formerly of Huntington, died Tuesday April 15, 2014 in Milford Hospital. Ruth was born on June 18, 1919 in Quincy, MA., to the late Hjalmar and Margaret Kjellander. She was a homemaker and beloved wife of the late Edward Dietz. Ruth was also predeceased by her first husband Joseph Riekert. Survivors include her children Christine (Paul) Lukowitsch of FL., and Joseph (Pamela) Riekert of Milford, grandchildren Peter, Susanne, James, Elyse, Amy and six great-grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday April 22, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. Interment will be held Wednesday in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y.Obituary
