John Neill

John Wayne Neill went home to be with the Lord on Monday April 15, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.John was born on November 4, 1941 to Wayne and Eva Neill in National City, California. John lived in Mount Hood, Oregon for 27 years. He was a skilled cabinetmaker for 48 years. He loved family, friends, hunting, camping, and of course his beloved Harley. John is survived by his wife Rose of Mount Hood, his three sons, Scott (Charlene) Neill, Tony Neill, and Fred Wendt (Mary); grandchildren Kyrie (Terry) Fox, Kyle Neill (Catie), Austin and Kyle Wendt; two great granddaughters; and two brothers Mike (Jeannie), Don(Dale), and one sister, Candy McKay. John is preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter Rhonda Wendt.. A Celebration of John’s life is being held on Friday April 18, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Anderson’s Tribute Center 1401 Belmont Avenue Hood River, Oregon 97031. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the A.L.S. Association. Memorials may be sent in care of Anderson’s Tribute Center.
