Mrs. Billie Luttman, 74, of the Harmontown community, passed away at her home on Sunday, March 23, 2014 with her family at her side. Mrs. Luttman was born on October 3, 1939 to The Late Mary Elizabeth McElroy and George Herman Yarber. As a retired, but devoted Registered Nurse, she loved taking care of others and aiding people who needed a touch of love. She enjoyed shopping, fishing, canning, and loved working with her flowers and was a fan of the Chicago Bears. Mrs. Luttman is survived by her husband, Charles (Bob) Luttman of Como, MS; two daughters, Rosie Hyatt of Walker, LA and Sherry Nelson (Tom) of Las Vegas, NV; two sons, Howard (Scotty) Scott of Walker, LA and Garry Luttman (Diane, her devoted caregiver and friend) of Como, MS; two sister, Bettie Daugherty (Lonnie) of Horn Lake, MS and Rita Kopp (Bob) of Millington, TN; six granddaughters; four grandsons; twelve great-grandchildren; her beloved dog, Tikki; many loved ones and friends, and her loving nieces, Cheryl, Lisa and Decrecia, to whom she was a second mother. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Symenthia Velasquey and one son, Bobby Hyatt. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 2pm in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 1-2pm Ray-Nowell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
