Dale W. Sanford, 64, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011 in St. Vincent Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Quebec, Canada, the son of Gwendolyn (Poirier) Sanford of North Brookfield and the late Oscar Sanford. He leaves a son, Keith of Spencer; a brother, Michael Sanford of North Brookfield; a sister, Laurianne Bowman of Oakham; aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. He was predeceased a son, David. Dale graduated from Wachusett High School and served in the US Coast Guard. He was a member of the local union and worked as an electrician. Dale enjoyed antique engines and tractors. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, August 1, 2011 from 9:30-11:00AM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 44 Gilbert St., North Brookfield, MA 01535. A graveside service will follow at 11:30AM in South Cemetery, Oakham.
