Nicholas Warford

Nicholas Joel Warford, 60, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 22, 2011, at his home. Born on September 13, 1950, in Kenosha, he was the son of Donald and Rae (Green) Warford. He was employed as a union electrician and recently retired from Chrysler. Nicholas was a member of the IBEW Local 127 and the UAW Local 72. He enjoyed photography, cars, music, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his former wife of 40 years, Pamela Warford of Kenosha; his mother, Rae Horner of Waterford, WI; his four children, Julie (Rick) Pesh of Union Grove, Kristin Warford of Kenosha, Rebecca Warford of Kenosha, and Ashley Brown of Kenosha; seven grandchildren, Randy, Alana, Chloe, Olivia, Ellie, Scotty, and Winnie Rose; three brothers, Michael Warford of New Lisbon, WI, Randy Warford of Racine, and Jonathan (Sharon) Warford of Naples, FL; and a sister, Donna (Eric) Hammond of Racine. He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Katie Warford. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26th, at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
