Mr. Timothy O. Blankenship, age 52, of Hazard, Kentucky, son of Louise Stepp Blankenship and the late Orville Blankenship was born on October 21, 1958 in Somerset, Kentucky and departed this life on Friday, December 31, 2010 at his residence in Hazard.
Besides his loving mother Timothy is survived by 1 sister, Sherry (and Glen) Statham of Danville, Kentucky; 2 nieces Tammy (and David) Evans of Danville, Kentucky and Penny Cooper of Stanford, Kentucky.
Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in the Mausoleum Chapel.
