Linda VanStaveren

Linda Marie VanStaveren, 42, of Atchison, KS, passed away June 21, 2016 at Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, KS. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, June 24, 2016 at Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home, Atchison, KS. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Georgia. Memorials are suggested to Susan G. Koman and may be sent in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.beckerdyer.com. Linda was born February 18, 1974 in Miami, FL, the daughter of Jules Michael VanStaveren Sr., and Donna Lee (Hemminga) Bonnel. Linda volunteered for ten years at Atchison Senior Village, enjoyed cooking, going to thrift stores and auctions looking for the best deal. She loved Wheel of Fortune and going to the casinos. Linda is survived by her mother and step-father Donna and Rick Bonnel of the home, a brother Jules Michael and Nikki VanStaveren Jr., Suwanee, GA and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Linda is preceded in death by her father.
