JOHN THOMAS BAX 1943 - 2016 John passed away peacefully in White Rock, BC on June 2016. He was born in Glasgow Scotland and emigrated to Canada with his parents at a young age. He spent his childhood in Manor, SK. John eventually moved to Watrous, SK in the late 1960s where he resided until his retirement at which time he moved to Saskatoon. John and Terry moved to White Rock , BC in 2010. John was an avid sports fan, loved his "Riders" and golf. He had a special affection for family and especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. John is survived by his wife of 42 years, Terry, his daughter, Stephanie (Sean Griffin), sister Heather Strack, brothers, Terry, Rick and Bill; sisters-in-law, Sharon Carlson and Jean Isherwood and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Rene and Cathy Bax,parents -in-law Roy and Merle Isherwood, brother Robert, brothers-in-law Ed Strack and Gary Isherwood. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 24th 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the Watrous Civic Centre. In lieu of flowers donations may be to Kinsmen Telemiracle, or the charity of your choice.
