Ceriol is survived by his parents, Clement Locke of Porcupine, SD and Verla Feather Earring of Sioux City, IA; siblings, Clement Corey Locke of Porcupine, SD, Clarice Locke and Cordney Locke, both of Minneapolis, MN, Tatiana, Nadia and Cheeta Lafferty, all of Rapid City, SD, Carrie Locke of Sioux Falls, SD, and Clayton Lafferty of Porcupine, SD; maternal grandparents, Benjamin Conquering Bear and Alvina Grass, both of Porcupine, SD. Ceriol was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James Frank Locke and Gladys Short Horn.
