Juanita Rose Zishka, 68, of Atchison, KS, passed away Thursday, June 09, 2016 at Atchison, KS. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, June 13, 2016 at the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home, Atchison with Rev. Timothy Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Family will receive friends prior to the service Monday, June 13, 2016 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Juanita was born April 23, 1948 in Atchison, KS the daughter of Walter and Grace (Beadles) Boldridge, Sr. She graduated from Atchison County Community High School. Juanita was a Cosmetologist and co-owned and operated two salons; Two Sister Beauty Salon and A Bit of Country Styling Salon. She was a member of Campbell Chapel A.M.E. Juanita enjoyed riding horses, making crafts and fishing. She especially loved spending time with her family. Survivors include a son, Charles Zishka, Atchison, KS, two brother; Walter Boldridge, Jr. Atchison, KS, Mike and Carolyn Boldridge, Atchison, KS, five sisters, Delores Todd, Dover, DE, Yvonne Bennett, Topeka, KS, Rita and George Kelley, Sr., Atchison, KS, Barbara and John Oliver, Atchison, KS, Rozetta and Bill Thornton, Atchison, KS, an aunt Esther and Maurice Jones, Topeka, KS and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
