<p>Tressia W. Powell, age 81, passed away at the U.K. Medical Center after a long illness. Born to the late Curt and Bertha Willis, Tressia was an Estill County native and current resident of Clay City in Powell County. She was a homemaker and is survived by her four children; Joe Ann Starnes, Harold Powell, Chester Powell, Billy Powell. </p><p>Graveside services will be at 1 pm, Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Garrett Cemetery in Estill County.</p>February 8, 1935 - May 24, 201602/08/193505/24/2016
