Shannon Carter, 46, of Dardanelle, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born June 2, 1969, in Fort Worth, Texas, son of the late Linda Dossey Williams. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Carter; 3 daughters, Summer Carter, Kountry Carter, and Heavenly Carter; 2 sons, Trase Carter and Sequoyah Carter; step-son, Billy Ramsey; 2 step-daughters, Misty Slaughter and Tiffany Ramsey; and 12 grandchildren.
