Mr. Douglas W. “Big Doug” Harrison Sr., age 57, passed away on Tuesday May 17, 2016 at his residence in Morton, MS. Visitation was held on Thursday May 19, 2016 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and again on Friday May 20, 2016 from 8:00AM until 8:50AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services were held on Friday May 20, 2016 at 9:00AM at the Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS. Burial followed in the Kalem United Methodist Cemetery in Morton, MS. Officiating was Rev. Scott Adcox. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS was in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Harrison had lived in the Kalem Community in Scott County for the past thirty five years. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his father, B.W. Harrison and his son, Chad Harrison. He is survived by his wife, Angela Harrison of Morton, MS; his mother, Marilyn Harrison of Lena, MS; one daughter, Valerie Harrison of Forest, MS; two sons, Douglas Harrison Jr. (Jennifer) of Forest, MS and Dustin Harrison (Tiffany) of Morton, MS; one brother, Warren Harrison (Angela) of Lena, MS; ten grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Pallbearers were Eric Evans, Marcus Hayman, Tommy Davis, Delanie Boyd, Mike Newell, Kenny Stephens, and Jerry Harrison.
