David Wayne Lindsley age 63 of Muskegon and Ruby Creek, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 28, 2016 at home.

David was born on February 8, 1953 in Muskegon to Howard and Shirley (Lewis) Lindsley. David’s father

preceded him in death. David married Nidia Ortiz on July 1, 1972. She preceded him in death on June 1, 2014.

He was a race car driver and mechanic. A very avid outdoorsman; enjoyed hunting and fishing, being up north to observe nature.

David is survived by his son; David (Freda) Lindsley Jr., daughter; Lissa Lindsley, brother; Ronnie

(Carmen) Lindsley, Skip (Mary) Lindsley, Paul (Debbie) Lindsley, sisters; Diane (Dennis) Smith, Pam Frost Lindsley, Sandy (Steve) Chase, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his brother; Steven “Burr” Lindsley.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life gathering will be held on Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Ruby Creek Conservation Club, located at 8152 E. Washington, Branch 49402.
