Martin Francis Perkinson, III “Frank” passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 in a local nursing home in Front Royal, VA. He was born August 22, 1926 in Pittsburg, PA; the son of Martin F. and Loretta Betalice Garrity Perkinson. He served his country during WWII with the United States Air Force. He served his Lord devoutly every day of his life. Frank married Charlotte Marie Downs Hale on October 18, 1979 in Hagerstown, MD. She preceded him in death a very short time ago on February 27, 2016. He is survived by his step daughter, Pamela Sue Fletcher and her husband, Timothy Scott Fletcher and their children, Trudy Marie Fletcher and Corey Michael Fletcher. The family is abiding by Frank’s wishes for private services.
