Jackie passed away on April 20, 2016 at the St. Francis Children’s Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Jackie is survived by her mother, Theresa Blue Bird of Rapid City, SD; father, James Richard, Sr. of Pine Ridge, SD; godparents, Jacky and Marvin Richards, Sr.; brothers, Justes Scott, James Richard, Jr., Jonathan Richard, and Alexander Richard all of Pine Ridge, SD, and Dakota Richard of Rapid City, SD; sisters, Skuya Christensen and Tahco Christensen both of Denver, CO, Edna Richard of Pierre, SD, and Kadell Richard of Pine Ridge, SD; and maternal grandparents, Richard and Ethleen Two Dogs. Jackie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Emma Two Crow and Tommy Richard; maternal grandparents, Theodora Tail and Bryan Blue Bird, Sr., and Edna Apple; sister, Jamie Richard; brother, Dean Richard; and first cousin, Emily Anne Blue Bird. Pallbearers will be Sage Richard, George Richard, Alfred Red Shirt, Asa Two Crow, Steve Richard, Hobart Blue Bird, Richard Blue Bird, Samuel Bear Killer, Brennan Cheyenne, Filemon Parra-Munoz, and Jeremy Cheyenne.
