Joseph F. Norco
<p>Joseph F. Norco Sr., 67, of Edinburg, PA, passed away the morning of April 21, 2016 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. Born on September 14, 1948 in New Castle, he is the son of Eleanor Richman Norco of New Castle and the late Michael Norco Sr. Surviving at home is his beloved wife, the former Nancy Williams, whom he married on April 24, 2008. </p><p><br></p><p>Joseph worked in the construction industry. He also served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy. Joseph was a fan of Nascar and the Oakland Raiders, and he also enjoyed fishing. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition to his mother and wife, Joseph is survived by his son, Joseph Norco Jr. of New Castle; brothers, John Norco, Richard Norco, and James Norco, all of New Castle; sister, Shirley Haney of New Castle; two grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Norco, and brother, Michael Norco Jr. </p><p><br></p><p>Honoring his wishes, there are no calling hours or services planned. </p>Obituary
