Mrs. Doris Sue Honaker, age 70, of Honaker, Virginia passed away Wednesday (April 20, 2016) in a Richlands, Virginia hospital. Born August 1, 1945 in Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Barbara Ellen Perrigan. She was a lifelong resident of the area. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Franklin Senter, her second husband, Donald J. Honaker, and special son, Gene Perkins.

Survivors include one daughter, Ellen Crabtree of Swords Creek; two sons, Donald Honaker and wife, Melissa of Cedar Bluff and Michael Honaker and wife, Lucy of Swords Creek; special daughter, Linda Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Amber Crabtree and fiance, Spencer Brown, Andrea Osborne and husband, Joshua, Katelyn Elam, Dillan Elam, MaKinsey Elam, Keishia Honaker, Mikayla Honaker, and Michael Honaker; great-grandchildren, Alayna Delp, Alexis Honaker, Jessie Osborne; two sisters, Shirley Lambert and Norma Jean Perrigan; one brother, Kenneth Cantrell; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Lenora Vanover officiating. Interment will follow at the Clark Cemetery in Honaker, Virginia.

Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers.
