Barbara Lamb Hale age 83, widow of David Hale, died Thursday April 14, 2016 at the Berea Health Care Center. Barbara was born in Madison County to the late Isom and Bessie Chasteen Lamb, she was retired from Westinghouse Manufacturing in Richmond and was a member of the Crestview Holy Sanctuary in Berea. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Hale, her sisters: Nannie Ellen Lamb, Catherine Lamb Turner, and Lilly Mae Wallace, her brother Bert Lamb, her sister in law Ida Mae Lamb, and brothers in law Dallas Wallace and Elmer Turner, and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara is survived by her brother James Lamb, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Saturday April 16, 2016 at 11 am at the Crestview Holy Sanctuary with Rev. Harold Eads officiating, burial will be in the Berea Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Pingleton, Jerry Coleman, Isom Lamb, Calvin Lamb, and Russell Barrett.
