Bessie Berthean Wolfe

<p>Bessie B. Wolfe, 49, of Florida, formerly of Shinnston, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Barberton, OH, October 13, 1966, a daughter of the late Nancy Sammons King and the late Charles Drain. She is survived by her husband Jim Wolfe, one son, James Wolfe and his companion Addie Warner, Clarksburg, one daughter, Nancy Ice and her hubsband Matt, Shinnston, three grandchildren, Carlie Ice, Emma Ice, and Max Ice, brothers and sisters, Zona Smitley, Cleveland, OH, Denise Heater, Fairmont, Ron Heater, Arkansas, Dave Heater, Shinnston, several step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Harry Dale Shreves, one sister, Debbie Dotson, and a great-niece, Hannah Elizabeth Tyska. Bessie was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mannington. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.</p><p>The family will receive friends at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 3-8pm, Wednesday where funeral services will be held at 1pm, Thursday, April 7, with Pastor Tim Sandy officiating. Interment will be in the WV National Cemetery at Pruntytown. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.perinefunerals.com. The Perine Funeral Home is honored to serve the Wolfe family.</p>
