Ethel Aubin

Ethel A. (Joanis) Aubin, 98, of Coventry, beloved wife of the late Delphis Aubin passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 14, 1917 in Ontario, Canada, the daughter of the late John and Mary Ann (Shea) Joanis. She was an avid bowler and very active in the Senior Center where she enjoyed playing cards. She was a lifelong member of the Sunnysiders Club. She is survived by her son, Richard Aubin; her daughter, Joyce Munsell and her husband Stephen all of Coventry; her grandchildren, Melissa and Timothy Aubin, Shannon Saucier and her husband Justin and Amber Munsell; her great grandchildren, Silas Saucier and Cassidy Dory; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her 9 siblings. Relatives and friends are welcome to join the family from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Coventry-Pietras Funeral Home, 2665 Boston Tpke. (Rte. 44) Coventry, CT 06238. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 19, 2016 at St. Mary's Church, 1600 Main St., Coventry (Please meet at church). Burial will follow at New Coventry Cemetery.
