Donald William Griffith (66) of Falmouth, KY passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at his home. Donald was born in Somerset, KY on April 13, 1949, son of the late Donald and Christine Dykes Griffith. Donald was a Truck Driver for 46 years and a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. He was also an avid U of K and Nascar fan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Connie Hayes and Linda Griffith. Donald is survived by his Wife Kelly Griffith, Children Donald (Karen) Griffith, Wendy Griffith, Miranda (Jason) Baker, A special little dog Maddy Mae who stole his heart, Sisters Rosetta (John) Abney, Wanda (Bob) Ping, Grandchildren Trever, Trae, Tristan, Teanna, Collen, Payton, Chevelle, Jaxson, Leah, Michael, Tyler, Jordyn and a Host of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held from 10-2 pm on Saturday February 13, 2016 at the Peoples Funeral Home- Butler, KY. Funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm, also at the funeral home. Donald’s final resting place will be in the Mt. Auburn Cemetery- Butler, KY, under full Military Honors.
