Clement Charles Dubray was born on March 27, 1960 in Pine Ridge, SD to Steve Hopkins and Anna May Dubray. Clement passed away on February 2, 2016 at his home in Rapid City, SD. Clement is survived by his sisters, Mary Lou Dubray of Rapid City, SD, Connie Hopkins of Rapid City, SD, Arlene Hopkins of Quinn, WA; brothers, Edwin Dubray of Sharps Corner, SD and Myron Dale Dubray of Rapid City, SD; sons, Charles Dubray of Rapid City, SD, Tyrell Dubray and Clement Dubray Jr., both of Allen, SD; daughters, Constant Dubray of Allen, SD and Jen Lone Hill of Rapid City, SD; and numerous grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews . Clement was preceded in death by his parents, Steve R. Hopkins and Anna May Dubray; and nephew, Carlos Hopkins.
